Bed and Breakfast VENEZIA

Our location is really favorable for visiting Venice quietly. BBvenezia is situated in the city's residential area, in the greenery of  the Sant'Elena pine-wood. San Marco is easily reachable on foot in 20 minutes, by walking down one of  the nicest and most panoramic views in the world.

We are at your disposal for any information or request. Please find below a list of useful addresses and directions:

1-    The nearest pharmacy is 50 meters away down Viale IV Novembre.

2-    A convenience shop ("tobacconist's") is located 50 meters away up Viale IV Novembre.

3-    For a cocktail or ice-cream we suggest the bar in front of us, or for a full menu other alternative are bar/restaurants to the left of the building.

4-    The nearest boat station is S.Elena, from where you can take all of the lines to San Marco / Piazzale Roma (# 1 - 4.2 - 5.2 - 6), to the Lido (# 1 - 5.1 - 6), or to Murano (# 4.1). Line  # 2 (summer tourist line) leaves from the Giardini boat station (which is 5 minutes away). The cost of the fare is Euro 7,50 (one way). A daily ticket costs 20 euros. There are other combinations according to your needs. These are available at the ticket offices at the landing platforms. Please do not hesitate to ask us for any timetable or connection information.

5-    We have a WiFi connection for your portable computer, if you just need to check email our computer in the breakfast room is at your disposal.

6-     Supermarkets and groceries are located in Via Garibaldi as well as on the main street on Lido (Billa supermarket). There are groceries, bakeries and vegetable markets near Sant’Elena.

7-    On the top floor of the house there is a roof terrace which is ideal for getting a nice tan and for a good view of the area.

8-    All our rooms are independent one by the other and completely separated.

At our place there aren't any "curfew", in fact we provide the keys of the main door so that you can be back at any time for a guarantee of a pleasant and comfortable stay.

House Policies

As our valued guest, we kindly ask that you follow some basic rules that will ensure an enjoyable and comfortable experience for everyone at our place.

a)    This is a non-smoking house (please make use of the balcony, garden or the roof terrace if necessary).

b)   A self-service breakfast is available from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room, which has a very nice view over S.Elena's pine-wood. All you need to enjoy a continental breakfast will be placed on the kitchen counter or in the fridge: coffee maker, tea, milk, chocolate, orange juice, fruit (according to the season), cereals, snack-cakes, butter, marmalade, bread, rusks, cheese and ready-sliced salami. We will do our best to meet your needs.

c)   Linen and towels are changed on the third day, when your stay with us exceeds four days.

d)    Check-in is from 12am to 11pm and the check-out time is at 10am. We can look after your luggage if you need to arrive earlier or leave later.

e)    Please note that we are only able to accept cash payments at this time.
